Champlain College is home to two of the world’s leading master’s of science in computer forensics programs. Both of our digital forensics master’s degree programs are built to prepare you for career advancement and leadership positions in the public or private sector. The programs were designed, and are taught, by leaders in the digital forensics profession, and because these programs are online you do not have to leave your job or your family to pursue your future.
Authors, software developers, investigators, private consultants, and industry leaders; our digital forensics faculty and advisory board are comprised of all these and more. And they are motivated to advance the digital forensics profession by educating the next generation of industry leaders.
At Champlain College we teach theory and then put it to work. Our courses are hand-on; requiring students to take the concepts taught in their courses and solve real-world information assurance, data security, cybercrime and other digital forensic challenges.
Champlain’s online computer forensics courses are highly interactive not only between you and your classmates, but also between you and your instructor. Time and again faculty and students say they feel as if they know each other better than they do in on-campus courses. The in-class interactions forge relationships that last beyond the virtual classroom walls, providing you with an instant network of highly regarded, professional contacts in the digital forensics industry.
Our programs are online and run in 8 week sessions and there are no set days or times when you must be “in” class. Make no mistake, however, our courses are challenging. They will stretch your abilities and push you to the next level on your path to career excellence.
